now I'm creating the ultimate wedding scrapbook/photobook, and I was
inspired to do this mani by the Taylor Swift sheet music I'm including
in my book.
I started out with two coats of OPI Alpine Snow. I've found that the trick with clumpy white polishes is to wait for them to dry completely and then seal with a layer of top coat before proceeding with any nail art -- it smooths out the streaks and creates a glossy finish. This nail art was fairly simple too ... after a coat of Seche Vite, I used a black striper brush to draw the horizontal lines. The music notes were done with a dotting tool and my striping brush.
